Description

XtraBond™150OEM is a one component, permanently flexible, RTV Mildew resistant silicone sealant. Manufactured for excellent adhesion to cultured marble, tile, glass, vinyl, aluminum, and sheet metal without the need of a primer. XtraBond™ 150OEM cures rapidly when exposed to atmospheric moisture to form a durable tight bond.

SURFACE PREPERATIONS:

The substrate must be clean, dry, frost free, sound and free of any oils, greases or incompatible sealers, paints or coatings that may interfere with adhesion. Do not apply if surface is damp or contaminated. It is recommended to test all substrates prior to applications.

HOW TO USE:

For Best Results, ensure surface is clean, dry and free of oil or grease. Cut nozzle to desired bead size and puncture inner seal. Apply with a caulking gun forcing sealant onto the substrate, then tool if needed. Sealant will gain a skin in 15 minutes and exhibit full cure within 24 hours. Can be applied in warm or cold conditions. Clean excess material with mineral spirits or similar solvent. It is the user's responsibility to thoroughly test any proposed uses with any and/or all substrates.

Xtrabond 150 meets performance requirements for the following: FDA/ USDA requirements for use in establishments operating under Federal Meat and Poultry Inspection Program. When cured and washed, ingredients remaining or which could migrate to food are listed on FDA Regulation No. 21 CFR 177.2600. Meets Federal Specifications TTS- 00230C, ASTM C-920 and NSF Standard 51.
